Louis Carlo, or "Coco" as many know him by, is an energetic youth leader and gifted musician. He is a confidant, mentor, friend and a kind of consigliere to the youth. He sincerely cares for youth and so gains their trust and respect. Louis is site director of Generation X-Cel and Xpress. Also, Louis heads praise worship services as music director.
