Q: How do I download and view a .pdf Acrobat Reader file?
A: To download the file on a PC computer please use the right click button of your mouse and choose "save target as" and download it to your desktop. Please note - if you don't already have it you will need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these files. Adobe Acrobat Reader usually comes already installed on most computers.

Q: How do I watch a video/audio stream?
A: You will need Real Player or Quicktime to view the audio/video streams. Please note - dial up users may have to wait a few minutes before the a/v streams begin.

Q: Are the donations I make online secured?
A: Yes we utilize the latest 128-bit encryption technology. All financial data is kept private.

Q: Problems opening slideshow or other new windows.
A: If you have trouble opening new browser windows you may have to turn off your pop-up blocker. For example the google toolbar has a pop-up blocker. Click the "Blocking Popup's" button to allow new windows. If you have a slow connection you may have to wait for the pictures to load. Also, if you have javascript disabled you will need to re-enable it in your browser. Most browsers have javascript enabled as default.

Q: When I click an email link and send an email, I don't get a response.
A: When you click an email link your default email client (ex. MS Outlook, Eudora, etc.) will open a window for you to send your email. However if you do not have a POP or IMAP account setup your email will never be sent. Please use your normal email method and manually enter the email you are trying to send to. You can also fill out the individuals contact web form on this website. Go to the About Us section select a department and click on the link of the person you wish to communicate with.
